Juggling IT Security - How not to drop the ball!

Karl Hanmore 2004

IT Security is a complex task that can be time consuming and challenging to do correctly. Coupled with a mass of other priorities, IT Security is often the last task on the sys-admin's (and even the Security managers!) todo list.

The aim of this presentation is to shed some light on the sometimes "black art" of IT Security and show how to make security a useful tool, rather than a chore. It will cover briefly the main areas (or domains) of IT Security management and include tips and tricks for making IT Security more manageable without too much of a headache!
